二、培养目标 Educational Objectives

培养掌握现代管理学、社会学、经济学基本理论和方法以及管理操作技能的高级复合型管理人才。毕业生可以在劳动与社会保障事业部门从事政策研究和专业技术工作；可以在企事业单位从事劳动管理、社会保险、人力资源管理等专业岗位管理工作。

To cultivate talents who acknowledge theory and methodology in management，sociology and economics and practice skills. Graduates can work as policy researchers and professionals for labor and social security departments; can work as management professionals skilled in labor administration, social insurance, human resource management for enterprises and public service units.

三、专业培养基本要求 Skills Profile

培养学生具有如下的素质、知识和技能：

1、良好的心理素质以及诚实守信、勤勉乐群的美好品德和良好的职业道德，具有健康的体魄以及积极向上的人生观和高尚的情操；

2、熟练掌握社会学、管理学和经济学基本理论以及认识问题、解决问题的基本方法；

3、熟悉劳动和社会保障及基金管理的理论和方法，了解和掌握我国劳动制度、劳动政策、社会保障政策和社会政策，具有在就业、工资、福利、社会保险等方面进行调查、分析、解决问题的能力；

4、具有较强的计算机应用和数据处理能力；熟练掌握一门外语。

Upon completion of the four years’ study in Labor and Social Security, the graduate will be able to demonstrate:

1、Virtues of being honest, diligent and cooperative and good professional ethics; good health, political thinking, and positive outlook on life;

2、an in-depth knowledge of sociology, management, economics and the fundamental methods of analyzing and solving problems;

3、An in-depth knowledge of theory and methodology of labor and social security and fund management; knowledge of labor system, labor policy and social security policies; the ability to investigate, analyze and solve problems in the areas such as employment, compensation, benefits, social insurance etc.；

4、Skill in using computer to analyze and process data; ability to use one foreign language.
