摘要：An electronic device has setting data in binary format formulated according to aspecific format suitable to realize a function in the device. In order to share the settingdata in binary format with another device, the electronic device converts the setting data

in binary format to setting data in text format and transmits (uploads) a set of text datacontaining the converted setting data in text format to a network communication serviceprovided on a server through a communication network. The network communicationservice may be a conventional communication service of a web site capable of handlingtext data. Another electronic device can access the network communication servicethrough communication network, receive (download) the set of text data, and thenreversely convert the setting data in text format contained the received set of text datato the original setting data in binary format.
