摘要：An example of the object of the present invention is to provide a technologywith which a high precision error table for an oscillation frequency is created. The present

invention includes a temperature sensor which measures temperature of the oscillatorused in a GPS (Global Positioning System) when a position measurement by the GPS isperformed, and a management unit which measures error of an oscillation frequency ofthe oscillator after the position measurement by the GPS has been performed, createsand stores an error table in which the measured temperature by the temperature sensoris associated with the error.
