摘要：The final segment (5) of the strip (8) which was wound over the first reel (3) isfixed in relation to the bearing element (19) by means of suckers (16, 17, 18). It is cut bymeans of the cutter (29), the rear part being moved away by blowing. The initial segment(6) of the new strip (11) is then brought between the punch (20) and the bearing element(19), fixed by means of the sucker (18) and connected to the final segment (5) byinterpenetration of the material of the two superposed connecting zones under theeffect of the punch (20). ……
