摘要： A method for measuring multiple sizes by means of an integrated opticalsensor module. Since all the components required to implement the method areintegrated on a single substrate, the sensor is small, compact, stable, resistant tointerference and economical. The sensor module essentially consists of a sensor field, ananalyzer and an information field. The method includes interacting with the measuredvariables of the guided waves in the detection fields, analyzing the effect producedthereby on the air, to deduce the values of quantities to measure and display the result inthe field of information.
