Dear Officer,
I, Wang XXX, Mother of W D, Hereby solemnly promise and declare that I undertake to maintain W D during his stay in the XXXX University at my own cost. I further certify that I now possess the financial resources to provide not less the $80,000 US per year toward the educational and living expenses of the W D while in the United States. And I have attached a Bank Statement indicating a minimum of $80,000 US in support of this affidavit.
