摘要：Qualitative detection and quantitative determination of catalases (I) in free,immobilized or conjugated form, also their substrates, inhibitors and activators.
Qualitative detection and quantitative determination of catalases (I) in free, immobilizedor conjugated form, also their substrates, inhibitors and activators, comprises: (a) treatinga test solution with a solid or dissolved reagent (R) consisting of a trivalent europium ion,at least one organic ligand and hydrogen peroxide; (b) measuring the (I)-inducedalteration in optical, particularly fluorescent properties of (R), and (c) determining ordetecting (I) from the measured alteration. Independent claims are also included for thefollowing: (1) A similar method for peroxidases (II), including optionally addition of asubstrate for (II); (2) Detection (M2) or determination of an antigen (Ag), using anantibody labeled with (I) or (II); (3) Detection (M3) or determination of nucleic acidoligomers, using a probe labeled with (I) or (II); and (4) The reagent of formula (A)Europium ion-Ligand-(H2O2) with mole ratio Eu:Lig 30:1 to 1:5 and mole ratio Eu:H2O21:200 to 25:1 Lig = at least one dicarbonyl ligand, or its enol
