摘要：The invention relates to an apparatus for percussive harmonic musical synthesiswhich facilitates state-of-the-art musical expression. It generates melodic sound, bearingwell defined tone and note pitch, by striking of uniquely configured multiple noteactivation trigger mechanism surfaces (termed muzi-pads) with an appropriately sizedmallet, stick or other such similar playing implement, for the generation of a desirednote, by a given MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) device. It provides anenhanced emulation of the traditional tenor steel pan in its interaction with the player.
