摘要：The invention relates to a device for generating flow energy comprising a flowpipe whose flow cross section at the axial center plane is smaller than in the inflow oroutflow plane and where a rotor element for driving a generator is disposed adjacent tothe center plane and is oriented in the axial direction of the flow channel. 1) A rotorinstallation, comprising several (many) planes of rotor blades (rows of blades) 4 - 1 fixedon the rotor blade axis, for the purpose of the multiplication of forces. 2) The blades arearranged at a small distance behind one another (planes of blades) (next to one another)for the purpose of forming a new flow channel, each between two rotor blades, foraccelerating the flow. 3) The rotor installation comprising multiple rows of blades turnsinside a pipe (flow pipe). It surrounds the entire installation with all rotor planes, servesas a flow guide and control and prevents the flow around the tips of the rotor blades. Atthe same time, it forms the installation casing on which all installations and parts aremounted. 4) The feed funnels and discharge funnels are each arranged upstream anddownstream of the flow pipe. They can have an oval, polygonal, rectangular, triangular orsquare shape and have similar shapes (see sheet 21) depending on the spatial conditionsand requirements (see sheets 21-21.3). The flow funnels shall serve to accelerate the flow
media, resulting in a higher performance. 5) In order to regulate the flow, simple ormultiple flow limiter devices, such as for example stores, screens, flaps etc (see sheet),flow control devices (30 - 34 - 36), are arranged on the acceleration funnels.
