摘要： Method and forming device, fill and seal packages (P) in which a flexiblepackaging material (W) is formed into a tube (T), the tube (T) is advance downward alonga mandrel (13) and sealed transversely by means (17) to intervals corresponding to thelength of the package below the lower end of the mandrel (13), and air is blown throughthe element (73) between the outside of the mandrel (13) and the tube (T) so as tocreate an air cushion between the tube and the mandrel. In one embodiment prefereethe tube (T) is blown against a vacuum belt (39).
